Jean died August 27, 2014 in Levelland, Texas. She was born September 16, 1922 in Hunt County, Texas to Callie Berlon and Ida Leona (Forehand) Tiffee. She married Charles W. Palmer in Weinert, Texas on October 5, 1940.

Background:
Jean was the office manager for Farm Bureau in Morton, and she was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, her parents, and a grandson, Justin.


Survivors:
Survivors include a son, Charles Palmer Jr. and his wife of Burnet, Texas; a brother, Rayphord Tiffee of Eugene, Oregon; four grandchildren, Jennifer Paige Palmer, Kenny Palmer, Jr, Brandon Palmer and Lisa Marie Taylor; and 5 great-grandchildren.
