Martha died September 14, 2014 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born May 23, 1928 in Dallas, Texas to John Parmer and Gladys (Noble) White. She married Bill Kent in Dallas, Texas on June 4, 1949.

Background:
Mary earned a Bachelor’s Degree from SMU and was a housewife. She was commissioned as a missionary in The United Methodist Church and served in Bolivia with her husband for ten years. She was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church of Lubbock. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Bill and her parents.
