Obituary for Bennie Stancell

Bennie  Stancell
Bennie died November 14, 2014 in Muleshoe. He was born April 30, 1943 in Muleshoe, Texas to Jessie Vernon and Lois (Vivian) Stancell. He married Carolyn Tallent in Lariat, Texas on December 7, 1965.

Background:
Bennie was a lifetime resident of the Muleshoe community. He served during the Vietnam War in the United States Army. He was a farmer and a member of the West Camp Gin Coffee Club. Bennie enjoyed playing tennis and dominoes. He loved God and his family. He was a member of the Lariat Church of Christ. Bennie was preceded in death by his parents, J.V. and Lois Stancell.


Survivors:
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; three sons, Steven Stancell and his wife, Elaine of Muleshoe, Texas, Carey Stancell and his wife, Kathy of West Camp, Texas and Kyle Stancell and his wife, Molly of Lariat, Texas; a sister, Maudie Taylor of Abilene, Texas; a brother, Jackie Stancell of Muleshoe; and fourteen grandchildren, Stephanie, Austin, Adam, Carson, Zacarey, Bretton, Taylor, Kendal, Trace, Corey, Brayden, Caitlyn, Emily, and Ethan.
