Cecelia was born on June 5, 1930 in Wellington, Texas to W.O. Wood and O.D (Richerson) Wood and passed away on December 21, 2014 in Ruidoso. She married C.C. Goodwin on March 19, 1949 in Earth. She Moved to Earth in 1943 and then to Ruidoso in 2006. She was a member of the Rainbow for Girls, and the Earth United Methodist Church. She loved to Garden and cook.
Cecelia is preceded in death by her husband C.C. in 1992. She is survived by her son, Jimmy Goodwin (Janet) of Ruidoso, her Daughter, Fonda DeWitt (Dr. J. Denton DeWitt) of Alto, her brother-in-law, Loyd Ray Goodwin (Diane) of Ft. Worth, Texas and numerous Cousins, Nieces and nephews.
