Dominga died March 1, 2015 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born August 4, 1942 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Epolito and Nacaria (Inojos) Mora. She was married to Lorenzo Ornelas.

Dominga was a housewife and a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Morton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lorenzo, her parents and one brother.

Survivors included seven sons, Jose Luis Ornelas of Mexico, Ricardo Ornelas of Levelland, Texas; Geraldo Ornelas of Odessa, Texas, Rene Ornelas of Morton, Texas, Lucito Ornelas of Morton, Texas, Lorenzo Ornelas, Jr. of Morton, Texas and Miguel Ornelas of Morton, Texas; two daughters, Margarita Sanchez of Satanta, Kansas and Ismelda Hernandez of Morton, Texas; three sisters; five brothers; twenty-six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
