Billy Dean died June 23, 2015 in Lubbock, Texas. He was born March 5, 1996 in Andrews, Texas to Bill and Della (Duncan) Sutton.

Billy Dean graduated from Whiteface High School. He was a member of the Whiteface FFA for four years, and played football at Whiteface during his freshman year. He was employed by S & S Farms and BE Implement. Billy Dean was a volunteer for the Morton Volunteer Fire Department since he was 14 years old. He was a Christian.

Survivors include his parents, Bill and Della Sutton; his grandparents, Delsie Duncan and Marcine Duncan of Denver City, Texas and Luther and Carol Sutton of Sundown, Texas; his sisters, Kari Sutton and Cora Sutton, both of Morton, Texas; his brother, Michael Sutton of Morton, Texas; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
