Church Service for Delma Swinney, age 74, of Morton, Texas, is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Friday, November 20, 2015 at First Missionary Baptist Church in Morton with Joey Pierce of Levelland, Texas officiating. Burial will be in Morton Memorial Cemetery. Delma died Monday, November 16, 2015 in Morton. She was born July 6, 1941 in Spur, Texas to Major and Lynnie (Phillips) Love. She married Truman Swinney in Morton on June 20, 1975.

Delma was a bookkeeper and a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Morton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Truman in 1996; a son, Johnny Reeves; her parents; and a brother Sid Love.

Survivors include, three daughters, Donna Measles and her husband, Todd of Petersburg, Texas, Cathy Ojha of Dallas, Texas and Doris Banning and her husband, Larry of Morton, Texas; two sisters, Diann Boyd and her husband, Joe of Lubbock, Texas and Cleta Keith and her husband, Dale of Georgetown, Texas; two brothers, Mike Love and his wife, Keri of Levelland, Texas and Leland Love and his wife, Robbie of Brownfield, Texas; nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
