Graveside Service for Delbert Spraberry, 88, of Earth, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Friday, January 29, 2016, at Earth Memorial Cemetery with Elder Ronnie Hedges officiating. Delbert passed away on Monday, January 25, 2016 in Amherst, Texas. Delbert was born June 1, 1927 in Spur, Texas to Conrad and Alma (Turleyfill) Spraberry. He married Leola Jones in Earth, Texas on September 6, 1973.

Delbert moved from Muleshoe to Earth in 1975. He served during World War II in the U.S. Marines. He was a mechanic. Delbert is preceded in death by his parents.

Delbert is survived by his wife, Leola; his son, Daryl Spraberry of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his step-son, Steve Randolph of Earth, Texas; his step-daughter, Sandy Koontz of Earth, Texas; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
