Church Service for Norberto Diaz, Sr. Age 63, of Muleshoe, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe with Father Arsenio Redulla officiating. Rosary will be said at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Muleshoe Memorial Park. Norberto died Monday, May 23, 2016 in Muleshoe. He was born August 22, 1952 in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico to Salvador and Magdalena (Munoz) Diaz. He married Sylvia N. Olivas in Chihuahua on January 3, 1972.

Norberto had lived in the Muleshoe community since 1974. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include, his wife, Sylvia; his two sons, Beto Diaz and his wife, Kit of Muleshoe, Texas and Ricky Diaz and his wife, Dora of Muleshoe, Texas; his sister, Carmina Diaz of Chihuahua, Mexico; his two brothers, Jose Diaz of Muleshoe, Texas and Javier Diaz of Chihuahua, Mexico; and five grandchildren, Daniela Diaz, Beto Diaz III, Yvonne Diaz, Natalie Diaz and Ricky Diaz Jr.
