Memorial Service for Garrett Cole Smith, age 23, of Clovis, New Mexico, is scheduled for 6:00 PM, Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the Civic Center in Clovis, New Mexico with Johnnie Rucker
officiating. Cremation has already taken place. Garrett went to his heavenly home on June 18, 2016 in Lubbock, Texas. He was born November 20, 1992 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Phil Smith and Tonya Davis.

Garrett loved spending time with his family and friends. He deeply treasured time with his son, Drayven. He had a passion for the lake and loved being there because it was his happy place. Garrett enjoyed camping, hunting and shooting guns. He is preceded in death by Papa Joe Davis, Papa James Berry, Mema Sula Berry, cousin, Blake Berry and his best friend, Matt Tryan.

Garrett is survived by his parents, Tonya Davis of Clovis, New Mexico and Phil Smith and his step-mother, Jacque Berry of Clovis, New Mexico; his companion, Monika Kiser of Clovis, New Mexico, his son, Drayven Smith of Clovis, New Mexico; his sister, Mariah Smith of Clovis, New Mexico; his two brothers, Phillip Smith Jr. and his wife, Kayley of Clovis, New Mexico and Braxton Dow of Clovis, New Mexico; his grandmothers, Donna Smith and Leota Helm of Clovis, New Mexico; his grandfather, Bill Smith and his wife, Erin of Crescent City, California; his aunts, Tina Manasco and her husband, Kevin, Sharon Cox, Kelly Helm, Makenzie Smith, Megan Smith and Janet Simpson and her husband, Chuck; his uncles, Freddy Davis, Billy Smith, Ryan Smith, Lynn Berry and his wife, Marty, Glenn Berry and Cody Helm; and several cousins.

Honorary pall bearers are Ryan Harris, Hunter Willett, Wesley Flores, Phillip Smith, Braxton Dow, Kevin Manasco, Billy Smith and Clint Cole.
