Church Service for Blaine Evan Hurtado Age 20, of Muleshoe, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Monday, August 22, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Muleshoe with Reydon Stanford of Muleshoe officiating. Burial will be in Bailey County Cemetery. Blaine died Wednesday, August 17, 2016. He was born June 25, 1996 in Clovis, New Mexico.

Blaine lived in Muleshoe all of his life. He graduated from Muleshoe High School in 2014. He enjoyed playing basketball and football, and being around family and friends.

Blaine is survived by a son, Jax Madden Manasco of Springlake, Texas; a daughter, Diamond Rose of Amarillo, Texas; his mother, Felicia Hurtado of Lockhart, Texas; his father, Leroy Hurtado of Muleshoe, Texas; his grandparents, Oscar Villarreal and his wife, Becky of Hobbs, New Mexico, Vivian Hall of Grant, Nebraska, NaNa and PaPa Sadler of Dimmitt, Texas, Julia Mary Hurtado of Muleshoe, Texas, and Ambrosio Rojos Jr. of Amarillo, Texas; two sisters, Kristen Nicole Hurtado of Houston, Texas and Quiomi Hall of Grant Nebraska; three brothers, Matthew Sadler of Amarillo, Texas, Nick Hurtado of Muleshoe and Izaiah Hurtado of Muleshoe, Texas; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
