Della Gonzales died Thursday, June 22, 2017 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born July 29, 1960 in Rocky Ford, Colorado to Raymond and Adelina (Garcia) Gonzales.

Della loved butterflies and windmills, and treasured her time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Albert Avila III.

Della is survived by her son, Patrick Orozco and Maxine Olivarez of Muleshoe, Texas; her daughter, Anzley Rodriguez of Muleshoe, Texas; her sisters, Gloria Decker of Lubbock, Texas, Mary Ford of Lubbock, Texas, Susan Chavez of Lubbock, Texas and Vicki Gonzales of Muleshoe, Texas; her three brothers, Johnny Gonzales of Muleshoe, Texas, Phillip Gonzales of Muleshoe, Texas and Rudy Gonzales of Muleshoe, Texas; and one granddaughter, Mavis Marie Orozco.
