Wannie died Sunday, August 20, 2017 in Muleshoe. She was born April 2, 1930 in El Reno, Oklahoma to Virgil and Myrtle (Stoner) LeBleu. She married Ogle Lorance in Muleshoe on May 5, 1949. After he passed away in 1973, Wannie married J.W. Frazier in Muleshoe in 1977.

Wannie had lived in Muleshoe since 1947. She and her husband, Ogle, were the owners and operators of L&H Grocery Store on Highway 84 in Muleshoe. They provided fresh cut steaks, BBQ, ice and lots of candy to the kids. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Muleshoe. Wannie is preceded in death by her first husband, Ogle; her second husband, J.W.; her parents; one sister, Nelda Merriott; and one brother, Leon LeBleu.

Wannie is survived by her two daughters, Diana L. Burkhart and her husband, Larry of Battle Mountain, Nevada and Cindy Vernon and her husband, Rick of Canadian, Texas; her brother, Jack LeBleu of Howe, Texas; 6 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
