Glena Heathington Polson died Thursday, August 23, 2018 in Crowley, Texas at the age of 84 years, 9 months and 22 days. She was born November 1, 1933 in Sudan, Texas to Glen Malcomb and Berta (Glenn) Miller. She married Willard Heathington and after his death in 1964, she married Lynn Polson.

Glena is preceded in death by both of her husbands, Willard Heathington and Lynn Polson; her parents; her step-father, Ira L. Kitchens; and two sons, Mackie Heathington and Ronald Heathington.

Glena is survived by her son, Hal Heathington and his wife, Beth of Georgetown, Texas; her daughter, Gayla Shuster of Burleson, Texas; two sisters, Charlie Lipke of Hamlin, Texas and Gail Kitchens Goodwin and her husband, Mike of Festus, Missouri; two brothers, Bunt Kitchens and his wife, Ruth of Muleshoe, Texas and Larry Kitchens of Palestine, Texas; two grandchildren, Stephanie Patton and Valarie Armstrong; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
