Dominga died May 6, 2015 in Clovis. She was born July 3, 1932 in Karnes City, Texas to Santos and Maria (Flores) Madrigal.

Dominga moved to Clovis from Texico in 2002. She enjoyed playing with her family. She loved watching Novelas. Dominga was a very caring and loving person. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Marcelo Rodriguez, Jr.; and daughter, Rosalinda Rodriguez; and five brothers.

Survivors include two sons, Raul Rodriguez of Clovis, New Mexico and Robert Rodriguez of Bovina, Texas; two daughters, Hope Passmore of Clovis, New Mexico and Maria Rodriguez of Clovis, New Mexico; two sisters, Jovita Sepeda of Texico, New Mexico and Julia Salinas of Bovina, Texas; 26 grandchildren; 81 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
