Obituary for Allen Lee Huggins
Allen Lee Huggins, age 75, of Springlake, Texas died Wednesday, March 9, 2022 in Amarillo, Texas. He was born December 27, 1946 in Lenoir City, Tennessee to Alvie Lester and Nancy (Shubert) Huggins. He married Sharlee Shumway in Cheyenne, Wyoming on October 15, 1993.
Allen served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and the Vietnam War. After his military service, he became a truckdriver for many years. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharlee; his parents; and two brothers, Richard Huggins and John James Huggins.
Allen is survived by his two sisters, Bernadine Marts of Muleshoe, Texas and Carol Walsh and her husband, Jim of Peoria, Arizona; his niece, Bonita Bostick and her husband, Ronnie of Bovina, Texas; his nephews, LeRoy Lieurance of Idaho, Lonnie Lieurance of Muleshoe, Texas and Les Lieurance of Muleshoe, Texas; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
