Obituary for Bernadina "Nina" Sosa (Martinez)
Berndina "Nina" Sosa, age 71, of Muleshoe, Texas died Sunday, September 12, 2021 in Muleshoe. She was born September 28, 1949 in San Juan De Allende, Chihuahua, Mexico to Ruben and Michaela (Martinez) Sosa. She married Victor Octavio Olivas De La Cruz in Camargo, Chihuahua in 1974.
Nina was a member of Iglesia Apostolica de la fe en Cristo Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Victor; a son, Daniel Olivas; and her parents.
Nina is survived by her two sons, Victor Octavio Olivas Sosa of Muleshoe, Texas and Javier Ramon Olivas Sosa of Muleshoe, Texas; her five sisters, Cecilia Tinajeros of Mexico, Raquel Kimble of Miami, Florida, Guadalupe Ontiveros of Mexico, Valvina Ramirez of Mexico and Isela Martinez of Mexico; her three brothers, Jose Edwvijes Sosa of Denver, Colorado, Luis Sosa of Mexico and Ismael Sosa of Mexico; her five grandchildren, Arian Javier Olivas, Victor Octavio Olivas Sosa Jr., Carmen Guadalupe Olivas, Angel Alexander Olivas and Alondra Jasmin Olivas; and her great-granddaughter, Roslyn Reign Martinez.
