Dortha "Tink" Seaton, age 95 died Friday, May 29, 2020 in Amarillo, Texas. She was born November 5, 1924 in Anna, Texas to Perry Simpson Barnes and Dixie Mae (McKinney) Barnes. She married Jimmie Seaton in Hereford, Texas on August 28, 1943.
Tink was a homemaker and a member of the Lazbuddie Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie; a daughter, Charlotte Redwine in 1993; two sisters, Sara Donnell and Mary Lou Menefee; her three brothers, Wesley Barnes, Lesley Barnes and Perry Barnes, Jr.; two grandsons, David Dale Seaton and Russell Redwine; and one granddaughter, Sherrie Nichols.
Tink is survived by her two sons, Jimmie Dale Seaton and his wife, Joanna of Lazbuddie, Texas and Rickie B. Seaton and his wife, Mandi of Lazbuddie, Texas; her daughter, Theresa O’Donald of Amarillo, Texas; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be sent to the charity of your choice.
