Gilberto is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jose Luis Gloria.
Gilberto is survived by his two sons, Jessie Gloria and his wife, Sabrina of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Gilberto Gloria Jr. of Lubbock, Texas; his daughter, Elizabeth Salas and her husband, Julian of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his two sisters, Mary Sanchez and her husband, Reyes of Abilene, Texas and Janie Gloria and her partner, Oralia Cano of Lubbock, Texas; his nine brothers, Juan B. Gloria of Denton, Texas, Jose Luis Gloria of Lubbock, Texas, Guadalupe Gloria and his wife, Gracelia of Muleshoe, Texas, Jesus Gloria of Muleshoe, Texas, Ruben Gloria and his wife, Roseanne of Muleshoe, Texas, Marcial Gloria and his wife, Shaun of Ogden Utah, Eloy Gloria of Muleshoe, Texas, Rene Gloria of Lubbock, Texas and Martin Gloria of Muleshoe, Texas; six grandchildren, Sergio, Ara’Seli, Levi, Kristian, Adrianna and Isandro; and four great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Mia, Zane and Finley.
