Obituary for Jack K. Osborn

On Saturday, August 29, 2020, Jack Osborn, loving husband and father entered into the Gates of Heaven at the age of 51.
Jack was born on February 19, 1969 to Rex and Dora Osborn. He grew up in Clovis, NM with his parents, sister, Kelly, and brothers, Robert and Mark. Jack graduated from Clovis High School in 1987 and entered into the United States Navy on February 9, 1988. He served in both Desert Storm and the Persian Gulf War over a period of three years. He was honorably discharged in 1992. He then began a career with BNSF Railroad in April of 1994, where he was an engineer for the past 26 years.
On July 25, 1991 he married his high school sweetheart, Tonya Dudley. Together they raised three daughters, Kelsi, Kortni, and Kyli. In 2017 he finally gained a son when his daughter Kelsi married Aaron Lockmiller. Four days before Jack’s 51st birthday, he gained a grandson, Micah. There was not anyone on this earth that he loved more than these six people. Jack was a member of Living Stones Church of the Nazarene where he and his family grew in their love and faith in Jesus Christ. Jack, Tonya, and the girls were all baptized together in May of 2010 and that was one of his favorite days.
Jack loved spending time with his family, he coached all three of his daughters in sports throughout their early childhood. He loved sports and was very loyal to his teams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Kanas City Chiefs, Boston Red Sox, and Oklahoma University Sooners. Jack loved every genre of music, but he really loved to drive around in his 1983 Chevy Silverado listening to 80’s music with his girls. Camping and fishing in Pecos, NM were also two of his favorite hobbies.
Jack was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, he had a very kind and giving heart that will be missed very much. His family thanks all who have sent prayers, kind words, well wishes, and other forms of support over the past few weeks. Jack is already missed deeply by his family and friends, but everyone can find comfort knowing he is with his Lord and Savior.
