Javier "Happy" Azua, age 48, formerly of Sudan, Texas, died Saturday, January 21, 2023 in New York. He was born August 15, 1974 in Littlefield, Texas to Pablo V. and Imelda (Gonzales) Azua.
Javier grew up loving music. He became a famous D.J. in New York known as “D.J. Xavier”. He traveled many places playing music for others. Javier was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe, Texas. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Martin and Paula Azua Vega and Ramon and Elvira Vela Gonzales.
Javier is survived by his parents, Pablo and Imelda; his sister, Laura Azua of Houston, Texas; his five brothers, Roberto Azua and his wife, Rosa of Dimmitt, Texas, Israel Azua and his wife, Lidia of Sudan, Texas, Gabriel Azua of Dallas, Texas, Adam Azua of McAllen, Texas and Tony Azua and his wife, Erica of Morton,Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
