Jesus died Saturday, February 12, 2022 in Clovis. He was born March 7, 1953 in Juarez, Mexico to Jesus and Manuela (Saenz) Gomez. He married Maria Gonsalez in 1993.
Jesus was an avid musician and enjoyed playing in a band. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Jesus is survived by his wife, Maria; his three sons, Blas Martinez of Kansas, Jesse Gomez and his wife, Karla of Muleshoe, Texas and Arthur Gomez of Amarillo, Texas; his two daughters, Rose Vazquez and her husband, Javier of Lubbock, Texas and Anais Gonzales of Clovis, New Mexico; his sister, Manuela Silvas of Juarez, Mexico; his sixteen grandchildren; and his two great-grandchildren.
