Obituary for Kiko Reyes
Jose “Kiko” Reyes age 81, of Muleshoe, Texas, died Thursday, September 16, 2021 in Clovis, New Mexico. He was born March 28, 1940 in Durango, Mexico to Jose and Maria (Carillo) Reyes. He married Yolanda Olivas in Chihuahua, Mexico on August 3, 1967.
Kiko was a hard worker and was always working, non-stop. He worked for Cargill for 38 years before his retirement. He enjoyed helping his family with their race track. He also loved watching all the events his grandkids were involved with. Kiko was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe. He is preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Frankie Reyes; and a sister, Josefina Camacho.
Kiko is survived by his wife, Yolanda; his three sons, Joe Reyes of Muleshoe, Texas, Hector Reyes and his wife, Angela of Muleshoe, Texas and Yoel Reyes of Muleshoe, Texas; his daughter, Claudia Reyes of Muleshoe, Texas; his brother, Jose Antonio Reyes of Chihuahua, Mexico; his twelve grandchildren, Crystal, Clara, Carina, Katie, Celeste, Clarissa, Romeo, Yoel Jr., Cesar, Judas, Cruz and Salvador; and his four great-grandchildren, Zoey, Javier, Avery and Lluvia.
