Obituary for Lance Rothwell
Lance Rothwell, age 43, of Clovis, New Mexico, passed away at home on Friday, February 25, 2022 in Clovis, New Mexico. He was born April 14, 1978 in Clovis, New Mexico to Larry and Carol (Bilbrey) Rothwell.
Lance was a member of Central Baptist Church. He played soccer for Clovis High School and graduated in 1997. He attended Clovis Community College for heating and air conditioning, but spent most of his career in auto parts sales. He loved hunting and fishing at the families’ ranch in Childress, Texas. He also loved snow skiing, going to the lake, and working on cars.
Lance is survived by his daughter; Taylor Rothwell and her mother, Elizabeth James of San Antonio, Texas; his parents; Larry and Carol Rothwell of Clovis, New Mexico; his sister LeeAnne Burford and her husband, Ross of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma; his two nieces and nephew Kaitlyn, Abby and Hudson Burford all of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; his grandmother Melba Bilbrey of Lawton, Oklahoma; and his uncle Michael Bilbrey and his wife, Peggy of Lawton, Oklahoma.
