Obituary for Landon Wilson
Landon Hill Wilson, age 35, of Sudan, Texas, went to be with the Lord Monday, August 8, 2022 in Littlefield, Texas. He was born September 15, 1986 in Abilene, Texas to Terry and DeAnn (Roberts) Wilson. He married Haley Hammock in Littlefield on April 16, 2016.
Landon was a member of Sudan Church of Christ. He was the most amazing, loving and caring husband, father, son, brother, uncle, brother in-law and friend. Landon’s first priority was loving God, honoring Him, and spreading Jesus’ love to everyone, his family was the most important thing to him. Landon coached at Lubbock Baseball Academy 11U team and loved each of his boys like his own. His favorite thing to do was throwing bullpen to them and calling pitches at the games. He was a chemist at Xcel for 12 years. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Margaret Slayton and Doyle Roberts and Sam and Bonnie Wilson.
Landon is survived by his wife, Haley; his two sons, Cooper Hammock-Wilson of Sudan, Texas and Brecc Wilson of Lubbock, Texas; his two daughters, Cambri Wilson of Sudan, Texas and Bentlee Wilson of Sudan, Texas; his parents, Terry and DeAnn Wilson of Sudan, Texas; his sister, Kenzi Green and her husband, Rhett of Lubbock, Texas; his two nieces Tierni Green and Addilynn Rivera; his two nephews, Jace Green and Tristian Rivera; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Michelle and Lindsey Hammock; and his two sisters-in-law, Shayla Bozarth and her husband, Jeff and Ansley Rivera and her husband, Cisco.
