Obituary for Lisa Dawn Aufdenkamp (Scott)

Lisa Dawn Aufdenkamp, age 54 of Muleshoe, Texas died Wednesday, September 8, 2021 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was born December 6, 1966 in Lubbock, Texas.

Lisa was a homemaker. Some may remember her from working at Carolyn’s Christmas Creations. She loved crafting and creating. Through the years, Lisa made several bouquets for weddings, decorations for baby showers, wreaths for holidays and the list goes on. She also loved to cook. Lisa was always called upon by friends and family to make her wonderful desserts. She doted on her grandchildren and had a close relationship with her siblings. Lisa had a strong Christian faith and believed in loving her family, helping the community and serving when called upon. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Barbara Scott and a brother-in-law, Joseph Crandell.

Lisa is survived by her boyfriend, Matt Lee; her son, Walker Aufdenkamp and his wife Kia of Red Cloud, Nebraska; her step-son, Michael Lee of Muleshoe, Texas; her brother, Rick Scott and his wife, Donna of Wolfforth, Texas; her sisters, Cassie Crandell of Muleshoe, Texas and Angie Lutz and her husband, David of Muleshoe, Texas; her aunts, Glenda Price, Becky Freeman, Dona Bolin and Mary Havens; her uncles, Mark Adair, Don Scott and his wife, Debbie; her father-in-law, Roven Walden; her sister-in-law, Sonja Walden; her four grandchildren, Mataya, Diesel, Lincoln and Zane; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be sent to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa Bay, Florida, 33607.
