Maria Reyes, age 70, of Muleshoe, Texas went to be with her heavenly father Saturday, August 13, 2022 in Muleshoe, Texas. She was born August 1, 1952 in Ojinaga, Mexico to Teodoro Ramirez and Maria de Jesus Rey. She married Gilberto Reyes in 1971.
She was a housewife all of her life. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of her children and grandchildren in her free time. She loved playing Bingo. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Gilberto Reyes, her son, Gilberto G. Reyes, her father, Teodoro Ramirez, her mother, Maria de Jesus Rey, her sister, Olivia Juarez, and her three brothers, Saul Ramirez, Arturo Ramirez and Maurilio Ramirez.
She is survived by her son, Ismael and his wife Shannon Reyes of Sudan, son, Marcos Reyes of Muleshoe, daughter, Patricia Reyes of Muleshoe, son, Jesse Reyes of Muleshoe, son, Gerardo Reyes of Muleshoe, daughter, Vanessa Velasquez of Muleshoe, and daughter, Carina Velasquez of Muleshoe; her life partner, Rafael Camarena of Muleshoe; her brother, Daniel Ramirez; her 21 grandchildren; her 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
