Marie Truelock Goforth died Sunday, February 10, 2019 in Hobbs, New Mexico at the age of 90 years, 8 months and 3 days. She was born June 7, 1928 in Paducah, Texas to Roy Lee and Joe Lee (Goss) Truelock.

Marie was an avid quilter and loved Southern gospel music. She is preceded in death by her three husbands, Donald Killough, Frank Drennan and Ernest “Soup” Goforth; one son, Philip Killough; two sisters, Loreta Gregory and Lorene Truelock; and four brothers, Dale Truelock, Quinton Truelock, Leonard Truelock and Gordon Wayne Truelock.

Marie is survived by her three sons, Weldon Killough and his wife, Marilyn of Clovis, New Mexico, Billy Killough and his wife, Micky of Los Lunas, New Mexico and John Killough of Monument, New Mexico; three daughters, Joanne Byrd and her husband, Red of Monument, New Mexico, Donita Harkey and her husband, Ron of Lubbock, Texas and Terri Newton of Brownwood, Texas; one sister, Savannah McCamish of Muleshoe, Texas; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
