Mary (Roberts) Wilson, age 90, of Sudan, Texas, died Saturday, January 29, 2022 in Muleshoe, Texas. She was born May 1, 1931 in Idalou, Texas to Albert and Pearline (Martin) Roberts. She married Kenneth Wilson in Breckenridge, Texas on August 24, 1953.

Mary received her Bachelors Degree from TCU, and her Masters Degree from Texas Tech University. She taught for many years and loved teaching music. Mary was very outgoing and even took flying lessons. She enjoyed working on the ranch and had an amazing green thumb. Mary loved everyone, and they loved her back. She was a member of the Three Way Baptist Church until it closed, and then became a member of the First Baptist Church in Muleshoe. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Kathleen Waggoner; her parents; and her sister, Wanda McMinn.

Mary is survived by her husband, Kenneth; her three sons, Rod Wilson and his wife, Deb of Goodland, Texas, Bob Wilson and his partner, J.C. Werner of Maple, Texas and Guy Wilson and his wife, Trena of Levelland, Texas; her nine grandchildren, Wade, Cody, Shawn, Katie, Jennifer, Nicole, Austin, Ashley and Joe; and her twenty great-grandchildren.
