Obituary for Maxine Donaldson (Beckett)
Maxine Donaldson, age 87, of Muleshoe, Texas, died Thursday, March 31, 2022 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born August 26, 1934 in Eldorado, Oklahoma to Horace Arnold and Mary Marie (Smith) Beckett. He married Robert "Bob" Donaldson in Clovis, New Mexico on September 24, 1956.
Maxine worked at First Bank in Muleshoe for 35 years. She was well loved by all of her customers and coworkers, whom she worked with during her time at the bank. Maxine was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Muleshoe. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob; her parents; a son, Rob Donaldson; two sisters, Alma Burton and Mary Powell; and two brothers, James Beckett and David Beckett.
Maxine is survived by her son, Billy Donaldson and his wife, Terree of Lubbock, Texas; her daughter-in-law, Viki Donaldson of Amarillo, Texas; her sister, Marley Hall of Sudan, Texas; her four grandchildren, Brant Donaldson and his wife, Amy, Brittany Radle and her husband, John, Zak Donaldson and his fiancé, Faith Tyler and McKenzy Donaldson; and her twelve great-grandchildren.
