Pearl Brown, age 99 of Muleshoe, Texas died Sunday, July 5, 2020 in Muleshoe, surrounded by her family. She was born February 27, 1921 in Fredrick, Oklahoma to Charlie and Effie (Rhodes) Splawn. She married Franklin Lee "Jackie" Brown in Clovis, New Mexico on November 15, 1941.
Pearl was a homemaker and loved to craft, garden and sew. She was a member of the Oklahoma Lane Baptist Church in Oklahoma Lane, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jackie; her parents; a daughter, Judy Anderson; one grandchild, Quinta Ann Whatley; and 3 brothers, Howard Splawn, Glenn Splawn and Woody Splawn.
Pearl is survived by her two daughters, Sandy Peterson and her husband, Wayne of Muleshoe, Texas and Jody Whatley and her husband, Tommy of Strawn, Texas; her 9 grandchildren; her 18 great-grandchildren; and her 34 great-great- grandchildren.
