Obituary for Rustin Baldwin
Rustin Baldwin, age 17, of Muleshoe, Texas, died Monday, May 17, 2021 in New Mexico. He was born October 3, 2003 in Lubbock, Texas to Coby and Stephanie (Frizzell) Baldwin.
Rustin was a member of Farwell FFA, and was a State qualifier in horse judging, Green Hand skills and Senior skills. He was a 3 time National Junior High Finals Rodeo participant, a 2 time Junior World Rodeo qualifier and a 2 time Junior American Rodeo qualifier. He was also a 2 time Texas State High School Rodeo Association qualifier, 2021 Junior NFR qualifier and 2020 Junior World Rodeo Reserve Champion Heeler. Rustin loved going to Jackpots and roping with anyone, old or young. He was a true competitor, and loved helping others. Rustin was a member of USTRC and OTRA. He is preceded in death by a brother, Eli Baldwin and his grandfather, Gaylon Baldwin.
Rustin is survived by his parents, Coby and Stephanie; his grandparents, Craig and Gaye Frizzell of Muleshoe, Texas and Stacy Baldwin of Lubbock, Texas; his sister, Makylee Baldwin of Muleshoe, Texas; his brother, Garrett Baldwin of Muleshoe, Texas; his aunts and uncles, Justin Frizzell and his wife, ShiAnn , Colby Frizzell and his wife, Keli, Holly Frizzell, Missy Nash and her husband, Todd, Shantel Dalton and her husband, Blake, and many cousins.
