Sally Helen Bara died Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Muleshoe, Texas at the age of 65 years, 1 month and 5 days. She was born January 11, 1954 in Roswell, New Mexico to Elfin Z. and Mary Louise (Barrera) Garcia. She married Ray Bara in Muleshoe on June 5, 1975.
Sally was a homemaker and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray in 2007; her daughter, Ernestina Bara in 2011; her father; 2 sisters, Angie Garcia and Gloria Sedillo; and 2 brothers, Jr. Garcia and Benjamin (Benny) Garcia.
Sally is survived by her daughter, Yvonne Martinez and her fiancé, Jr. Gonzalez of Muleshoe, Texas; her mother, Maria Louisa Garcia of Roswell, New Mexico; her four sisters, Eva Villarreal of Roswell, New Mexico, Esther Garcia of Roswell, New Mexico, Beatrice Medrano of Roswell, New Mexico and Betty Gamboa of Roswell, New Mexico; her brother, Frankie Garcia of Roswell, New Mexico; and her seven grandchildren, Marissa Martinez, Brenda Martinez, Timothy Ray Alfaro, Donavan Alfaro, Zenilah Saucedo, Zaiden Saucedo and Zaimien Saucedo.
