Jean died January 4, 2015 in Levelland. She was born July 11, 1930 in Muleshoe, Texas to Roy and Velma (Wright) Hogan. She married Earl Clyde Henry in Muleshoe on July 4, 1948.

Jean was a beautician for over 20 years. She also loved to hunt, and drove a truck for Henry’s Backhoe Service for years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Muleshoe. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Earl in 1996, her parents, three sisters, Ada Murrah, Byrnice Callaway, and Mattie Hicks, and one brother, Kenneth Hogan.

Survivors include, two sons, Davey Henry and his wife, Vicki of Levelland, Texas and Terry Henry and his wife, Linda of Levelland, Texas; one daughter, Dellinda Henry of Lubbock, Texas; two sisters, Loudell Wilhite of Fort Collins, Colorado and Myra Grimes of Lake Ransom Canyon, Texas; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
