Glenn Woods

To The Stevens Benton Family It is a feeling of loss to read of Stevens' passing. For thirty years the Stevens family and my family met in the Park at Ballinger, TX. Stevens and I are cousins he through Charlie Blanton of Water Valley, TX and through my grandfather Wylie Blanton of Santa Anna, TX. The third member of our group was Coy Max Plott. We looked forward to the first weekend in August ever summer. Stevens and I were together ever reunion from 1941 to 1970. I know this Stevens Benton was a good man in ever sense of the word. He loved his family dearly and I count knowing him as a bright spot in my life. Sincerely Charlie Glenn Woods Midland, TX
