Curby J.  Brantley
Curby died February 9, 2015 in Muleshoe. He was born June 18, 1937 in McAdoo, Texas to T.J. and Ruby (Eldredge) Brantley. He married Mary Janice Puckett in Muleshoe on January 10, 1959.

Curby moved to Muleshoe from McAdoo in 1957. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard. He was a farmer and he owned and operated a lawn service. Curby was a Shriner and a 32nd Degree Master Mason. He was also a member of the Lions Club and the First United Methodist Church in Muleshoe. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Janice; his son, Curby Brantley Jr. and his wife, Kay Lynn of Bovina, Texas; his daughter, Stephanie Barrett and her husband, Robbie of Slaton, Texas; his brother, Norman L. Brantley of Muleshoe, Texas; four grandchildren, Zach Barrett, RJ Kerby and her husband, Tyson, Mandy Brantley and T.J. Brantley and his wife, Staci; and two great-grandchildren, Kylee Barrett and Ashtyn Kerby.
