As with so many of the young people around Whiteface, I remember Billy coming in the store. It was quite a privilege to get to watch and interact with the kids as they were growing up! He was very quiet at first, but as time passed he was obviously a well mannered and fun loving young man! He was always looking out for his siblings and his Mom! He got along well with all the kids and seemed to enjoy them all. He had a maturity about him so many kids don't have until they are much older! I know he has had a large impact on many lives and will be fondly remembered by all who knew him!
