Herman died Thursday July 30, 2015 in Morton He was born March 16,1928 in Shallowater Texas to Tom and Gladys (Jackson) Brown. He married
Claudia Mills in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 23, 1973

Herman loved to collect junk, go fishing, telling stories, going to Las Vegas, and raising watermelons. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Morton. He was preceded in death by his parents, five sisters: Bonnie Blackstone, Opal Hair, Hallie Bennett, Irene Peterson, and Minnie Mae Fulton, three brothers; Ira Brown, Leonard Brown, Granville Brown, and one grandchild, Jeffery Bedwell.



Survivors:
His wife Claudia, one son, Ran Brown of Morton, two daughters; Tressa Kerr and husband Mike of Lubbock, Texas, Andrea Lynskey and husband Paul of Anton, Texas two sisters; Nell Coats of Midland, Texas, Berta Abbe of Levelland, Texas, two grandchildren; Larissa Lynskey and Lacy Elliott, and one great grandchild , Sadler Elliott.
