Church Service for Bobbie Davidson, 83, of Whiteface, Texas is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Whiteface Baptist Church in Whiteface with Rev. Harold Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Whiteface Cemetery. Bobbie was born November 14, 1932 in Hockley County, Texas to Robert Carley and Ila Mae (Wood) Cotten. She married Frank “Tex” Davidson in Morton on March 25, 1949.

Bobbie moved to Whiteface from Morton in 1971. She loved to sew and dance, and volunteered with the VFW Auxiliary. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank in 2004; her parents; and two sisters, Neta Dirickson and Kathryn Rhodes.

Survivors include her son, Robert and his wife, Susan of Whiteface, Texas; her three daughters, Edith Rector and her husband, Bob of Whiteface, Texas, Marie Seales and her husband, Leon of Whiteface, Texas and Ginger St. Clair of Whiteface, Texas; her sister, Jackie Fleenor of San Antonio, Texas; her two aunts, Ruth and Lavenia; her uncle, Rev. Ted Cotten; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
