Church Service for Rosa Rodriguez, 75, of Hereford, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Friday, January 15, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Bailey County Cemetery. Rosary will be said at 7:00 PM, Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel in Muleshoe. Rosa died Saturday, January 9, 2016 in Amarillo, Texas. She was born September 20, 1940 in Mexico to Francisco Javier and Zelsa (Chavira) Chacon.  

Rosa was a homemaker and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe. She is preceded in death by two sons, Jesus Augustin Rodriguez and Manuel Rodriguez; a daughter, Irma Rodriguez; her parents; and a brother, Marcos Chacon.

Survivors include three sons, Soilo Chacon and his wife, Lupe of El Paso, Texas, Jose Lorenzo Rodriguez of Monterrey Mexico and Javier Hugo Rodriguez and his wife, Berlinda of Hereford, Texas; two daughters, Maria Gutierrez and her husband, Joan of Perryton, Texas and Silvia Garcia and her husband, Jose of Perryton, Texas; a sister, Esperanza Estrada of El Paso, Texas; 17 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren
