Obituary for Alicia Fae Gregory (Washington)
Church Service for Alicia Gregory, age 67, of Springlake-Earth, Texas, is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Springlake Baptist Church with Rob Norris, Ryan Smallwood and Glenn Harlan officiating. Burial will be in Springlake Cemetery. Alicia died Saturday, June 11, 2016 in Earth. She was born June 29, 1948 in Amherst, Texas to James and Lela Fae (Morrison) Washington. She married Tommy Gregory in Springlake on August 18, 1967.
Alicia lived in the Springlake-Earth Community all of her life. She graduated from Springlake High School and Lubbock Commercial College. She was the former City Secretary at Springlake, as well as the secretary for the Superintendent of Schools for Springlake-Earth ISD for 23 years. Alicia was a member of the Springlake Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy; her three daughters, Kim Thetford of Anton, Texas, Kaci Miller and her husband, Scottie of Earth, Texas and Kealy McDaniel and her husband, Richard of Shallowater, Texas; her sister, Jamie Myers of Muleshoe, Texas; and seven grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be sent to the Alzheimers Association, 3610 – 22nd Street,
