Billy died January 21, 2015 in Marietta, Ok. He was born August 26,1929 in Pampa, Texas to Harold and Alva (Wakefield) Gable. He married Mildred Humiston December 10, 1949 in Clovis, N.M.

Survivors:
Billy is survived by 1 daughter Cheryl Hodge of Marietta, Ok. 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1-great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Alva Gable, his wife Mildred, 2 sons Lee & Carl Gable, 1 daughter Candace Gallagher, 1 sister Dorothy Humiston, and 2 brothers Bob and Frances Gable.
