Memorial Service for Lynda Head Couch Age 61, of Lubbock, Texas, is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 21, 2015 at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Mindy McLanahan of Muleshoe officiating. Lynda died November 11, 2015 in Lubbock. She was born October 1, 1954 in Tucson, Arizona.

Lynda was a registered nurse, beginning her career as a neo-natal nurse. She recently worked for various home health organizations. She is preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Head.

Survivors include, two sons, Trevor Couch and Christine Mata of Houston, Texas and Weston and his fiancé, Adela Coman of Boulder, Colorado; her father, Marshal Head of Muleshoe, Texas; two sisters, Janice Eddy and her husband, Michael of Lawton, Oklahoma and Susan Hollingsworth and her husband, Tony of Merkel, Texas; one brother, David Head and his wife, Belinda of Muleshoe, Texas.
