Chapel Service for Rosemary Rangel Age 62, of Muleshoe, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Ellis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bailey County Cemetery. Rosemary died January 23, 2016 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born October 19, 1953 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Jose and Aurora Maria (DeLeon) Hernandez. She married Felipe Rangel in Bexar County, Texas on October 4, 1973.

Rosemary was a member of the New Covenant Church. She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Felipe; two sons, Juan Arthur Rangel and his wife, Lucinda of Muleshoe, Texas and Martin Gabriel Rangel of Muleshoe, Texas; a daughter, Rosalinda Amelia Quintanilla of Alamo, Texas; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
