Obituary for Iris Joy Clements (Reed)
Iris Joy Clements passed away from this life on Saturday, August 12, 2017 in Farwell, Texas. She was born June 11, 1927 in Lazbuddie, Texas to T.D. and Luetta Reed.
Iris lived in Muleshoe most of her adult life and worked at the local Sears store where she always enjoyed laughing with customers. Her kindness, wonderful spirit, and love for her family and friends will be missed.
The family would like to express special thanks to the staff and nurses at Farwell Care and Rehabilitation Center for their love and care of our beloved Mom and Grandmother.
Iris is preceded in death by her parents and brother, L. A. Reed and sister, Nola Ivy. She is survived by her son, Tom and wife Lynda of Mt. Vernon, Washington and three grandsons, Jeff and Collin of Seattle, Washington and Jared and his wife Zhanna of Bellingham, Washington.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a favorite charity or Meals on Wheels, 300 S 1st Street, Suite 110, Muleshoe, Texas, 79347.
