Mrs. Northcutt lived across the alley from my family when we lived in Muleshoe. My daughter, Leigh, was in her 6th grade math class. Evelyn was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known, and Leigh loved her as a teacher. I will always remember her kindness and gentle ways. It is my pleasure to call her my friend. She will be greatly missed, but warmly remembered by many of us. Sheila Moraw
